PURCHASE A PRODUCT
To add products to your shopping bag, use the 'BUY THIS ITEM' button from the requested product’s detailed view. Your order will not be placed until you proceed to checkout for confirmation and payment. To proceed to checkout, click the link “Checkout” in the top right corner. Review your order and delivery information, then click “Continue to complete your purchase”. Fill out your payment information and click 'BUY THIS ITEM' to confirm the order. A preliminary order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
PAYMENTS AND PRICES
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of shipment. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Byredo.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. PayPal is the preferred way to pay online due to its safety and speed. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details are never shared on the internet.
At the moment, our Online shop only ships within the European Union (EU) and the United States. If you live elsewhere and wish to purchase our products, please send us an email to email@example.com. Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within two business days. Shipping takes approximately 5 business days depending on where in the world you are located. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that enables you to see the status of your shipment at http://www.posten.se
EXCHANGING OR RETURNING A PRODUCT
If you should wish to return or exchange a product, first let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days following the delivery of your order. Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping the product back to:

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card upon the return of the product. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us.
